Where do you get the wallpaper that is shown in the screenshot?

This is a very informative article.I was looking for these things and here I found it. I am doing a project and this information is very useful me.
To do the same border, execute in terminal “gconf-editor”, go to App>>Gwd, then edit the Opacities options: metacity_theme_opacity edits the all windows opacity, and metacity_theme_active_opacity will edit the actives (focused) windows.
Should edit the number to 0 (100% transparent) to 1 (100% opacity). I hope I helped.

how do you change the top bar and the menu?
I downloaded it but doesnt work with Ubuntu 11.10 if i m wrong anywhere please give me procedure to install it.
how do i get my top bar? the one with all the ripples to look like that? not the top of the boxes but the very top bar where the desktop is. anyone?
The top panel and sidebar could be GLX-Dock.
Remember; this screenshot was taken on an older version of Ubuntu (before 11.10).
