    Open Permissions tab/ Set to run as program/ then right click the folder that you set and click open with
    Choose theme Installer And Turnips your uncle its done

    Download the file, put it in your home folder, then go to desktop, right click, and then click on “Change Desktop Background”.

    After that, click on “theme”, then “install” (near bottom right), and then choose the .tar.gz file you downloaded and then it should say “theme correctly installed” or something like that. Then choose the theme after you click “ok” or whatever. You will need the correct font “humanities blue”.

    Save the .tar file.
    Go to System >> Preferences >> Appearance
    Choose the “Themes” tab. Browse to the file and install.

    After installing theme it says that the icon theme Humanities-Blue is not installed. Any suggestions?

    Get Humanities blue icon theme from http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Humanities+(formerly+Humanity-Colors)?content=117230 && then go to theme installer just select the zipped file you have downloaded and open it. Apply new theme. Done

    Humanities-Blue does not exist. This theme is incomplete.

    This theme is incomplete. There is no humanities-blue, therefore do not waste time to download it.
